Bio:
Percy received his degree in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 1999. After developing the skills to work with people, he decided to follow his desire and passion for nutrition and fitness. He became dedicated to understanding food and the body. Soon thereafter, he chose to attain his degree in Dietetics. Percy graduated in 2004 from Texas Women’s University with his BS degree in Dietetics and Institutional Administration. He went on to do his dietetic internship at Iowa State University and clinical training at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids, IA. Soon thereafter, Percy received his Personal Training Certification from the prestigious Cooper Institute in Dallas Texas.
